End of the Year

Well y'all, it's been fun.

I'm heading off, and since nobody follows this blog, I thought I might as well write a nice little goodbye here.

This year was definitely a slow start, but it was still a good start. We made cheese, showed videos, brainstormed for next year, and - most importantly - were officialized! May next year bring even more fun activities (and hopefully the even the Farmer's Market) to Slow Food USCA. Our officers for next year will be *awesome*, I know. Hopefully this year got a good handful of heads turned so next year we can involve more people (in the community, too).  Remember: Never give up! Keep pushing on the things we wanted this year and expand to things you'd like to do next year, too. (Like... the garden... there IS a way it could work, we just need to find it.)
