We FINALLY were approved by the USCA Campus Life Committee and have now jumped through all the hoops. We're "officially" official. Woohoo!

So, we're making cheese next Friday, April the 8th, 5 p.m. in a kitchen in Pacer Crossings. We haven't seen the kitchen yet and I don't know exactly which one it is, but I'll definitely visit it before we go and I'm assuming we'll be using one on the ground floor... I'll keep you posted (on Facebook).
Also, we've been working with Noble Breads to get our ICE event together, they haven't emailed back, but we're going to be very persistent until we get some sort of response back. Noble Breads is willing enough, we just have to pick a date, I guess. I was hoping they'd give me a calendar of their available time but we'll work things out. I'll go by today and be persistent. :)
The Student Garden never worked out, too many details and loose ends the people ultimately in charge couldn't satisfactorily tie up. The Q&A panel never came together either. Maybe I should take that into my own hands to get that together. End of the semester extra credit for H&SS classes or something, if I could work it out with the teachers.
